I believe that the child, the parent, the administrator, and the legislator, anyone to the degree s/he has the right or the ability to influence the classroom outcomes, has equal responsibilities for it - not just the teacher! My vision of education, of life, is MUTUAL RESPECT. This is the template, the filter, the base of all of my actions in my relationships. I do not live up to my ideal, but I learn from my mistakes. It's what I expect from others. Improvement, not perfection.
